Liked: - Central location- Rituals cosmetics in the room- Very friendly, professional, attentive, and informative staff. Hope they are reading it :) Keep on your amazing work. Unfortunately I did not get the names.- All the amenities possible (and more) are in the room- The room is very cozy, functional and well organised, even if the size is not more than standard- Feels like it's a 4 or 5 star hotel, not 3 star- Amazing, cloud-like pillows (at least for my liking)Overall, I am really impressed with this hotel and I will come back for sure, whenever I have a chance.
Disliked: The fact that I could not stay for more than one night :D

Exceptional hotel in a central...

Liked: The hotel exceeded my expectations. Exceptionally clean, very modern and well-designed. The location is very central and walking distance from the train-station. Check in and check out was very smooth.
Disliked: The cost was pricey - when looking at other dates for the same property, seems my stay was during a time with high demand and more expensive than usual. If you’re a light sleeper, noise from people passing in the corridor is a bit loud - but I’m not, so not an issue for me.

Liked: Great location, helpful reception staff, comfortable room
Disliked: Lack of ease of parking, lack of flexibility when turned up for breakfast at 9:50 and told couldn’t dine even though plenty of hot and cold food out with very few in the restaurant

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, close to centre and to train station. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.
