Liked: The staff were so friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the breakfast too. Many thanks to all for our pleasant stay.
Disliked: The room was quite small and hot but we made it work for us.

Liked: Staff was really nice specially Kamir and Emily they are so help full and always smiles in there face ,any issu i had they have sorted asap.So big thanks again both off them .
Disliked: I think healt and safety issu its really concerning because the toilet window you can open full so that is really concerning , because you never know any think could happen

Excellent location - clean and...

Liked: The room was very comfortable and the location ideal (so close to Stazione Centrale, ideal to get an early train to the airport). Breakfast was overall good - with a good choice of savoury and sweet food.
Disliked: I didn't manage to get the Wi-Fi to work in the room.

Liked: I did like the proximity to all public transport. Yet the hotel is situated very nicely on a calm street. The days were busy and the nights calm.
