Very uncomfortable!

Disliked: The room was super cold and humid. I have asked for the staff to increase the heating and they tried it, but unfortunately both the system always reverted to a lower temperature and even for the few minutes that the heat was sustained at higher level, it could not balance the heat loss to the exterior. It seems that the 4th floor has some rooms that were ill designed on this matter.

Beautiful place. Highly recommended

Liked: Lovely clean hotel. Lovely bedding towels etc.Only an overnight stop, but would love to stay longer as the town is beautiful.
Disliked: Couldn’t get VW in garage as only 1.8m maxNot the fault of the hotel at all but we really struggled to find parking. No problem at all if you are in a car.

Great location in Old Town...

Liked: The hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of old town Rouen. The room, a Comfort Double Room, was comfortable and as pictured and described on Booking’s website. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wi-fi good. Definitely worthwhile if you manage to get a discounted price. Would stay again, but not on the ground floor.
Disliked: Room on the ground floor was facing outside seating area and courtyard, prohibiting our opening the curtains to enjoy the natural lighting, something we would normally do in a room higher up.
