Liked: The staff is really friendly and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was tiny and dirty. The floor was sticky. The elevator was out of order for the first 3 nights of our stay. The location is dodgy. No amount of friendliness from the staff can overcome this.

Liked: It is a centrally located boutique hotel, close to numerous shops and restaurants. Many of Paris' major sightseeing attractions are within walking distance. Despite its central location, the hotel is remarkably quiet, as it is situated on a small, car-free street. The property has been fully renovated, offering a clean and modern environment. The staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Disliked: The rooms are indeed quite small.

Liked: Beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Staff was nice and the breakfast was good. All in all a good stay.
Disliked: The room was quite tight for 3 people and the bathroom was the size of a closet. Hard to move around in or spend time in the room. The room size is more suited to a single traveler or a couple.
