Perfect customer service and convenient...

Liked: Customer service is the priority at this hotel, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to gracefully accommodate my concerns, needs, and preferences. I'd booked a room on the top floor, and the elevator was out of order. No problem. I can manage stairs. Unfortunately, the heater in my room was also broken, and the hotel supplied me with a portable heater, but other issues soon arose with the booked accommodations. In the end, the staff kindly moved me to another room on the same floor, which exceeded my expectations and ensured that my comfort was their priority. The bed was comfy, the pillows were perfect, and I enjoyed the slippers and robe as well. Thanks to the awareness of the staff and their willingness to accommodate, my stay in Paris was absolutely lovely and very affordable.

Disliked: 5th floor, the old lift broken. Heating broken. The floor tiled, very cold, slippers not provided. An instant electric heater was provided, but the bathroom had nothing, so I had to use the heater in the doorway.

Disliked: Lift didn’t work and we were on the 5th floor…lots of people around outside late at night. Limited breakfast.
