Pleasant but will probably try...

Liked: Friendly reception staff, room was simple but clean
Disliked: Location was a bit dodgy some rough people hanging outside the hotel occasionally

Superb

Liked: The staff is amazing, super friendly and just make your life easier.
Disliked: Surrounding areas might not be as secure as you wish.. this is by no means a hotel fault.

Liked: Location was near the metro station.
Disliked: They didn’t change the sheets for the whole duration of our stay. The shelf above the bed was totally filled with dust. The water bottle was not refilled during the daily cleaning. The shampoo bottle was empty as well and wasn’t recharged until requested.
