Fantastic

Liked: The staff was super-friendly and helpful, the hotel is perfectly located and the cost is fantastic. Would repeat if I go back to Modena.
Disliked: The bathroom is a bit small, that is my only complain

Excellent location for old city...

Liked: Great front staff. Good closet space & hooks too. Glad to have a kettle in the room and beverages in fridge.
Disliked: Interiors a little dated.

Very good

Liked: Room was quiet, and bed very comfortable with good AC. They had parking right down the street so easy to access. Breakfast offered was very good. Great location to take in Modena. Dinner recommendations were helpful and so good.
Disliked: This is literally in the heart of old town so when driving there you feel like you should not be driving on those roads but if you follow arrows, you will get there and the hotel was very helpful in their instructions.

A very nice hotel in...

Liked: The hotel is in the heart of Modena which we enjoyed by walking everywhere. The hotel staff were super and very, very helpful. The restaurants were many and varied in the neighborhood. We arrived in the middle of a car show which was fun (although we are not car nuts, my brother is and he loved the pictures).
Disliked: We really like the hotel. The only suggesting I have is that the beds need to be firmer for my husband and his tall man's back (6'3" and about to be 78). A bed board under his side of the mattress would do the trick.
