Very comfortable stay, I felt...

Liked: The staff at the reception desk were exceptional, especially the young woman who I met when I checked in. Shecwas so helpful.

Liked: Really well located in the pedestrian area. Very quiet. My room had a view of the cathedral and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room had multiple sockets for UK and international plugs and some USB charging points as well which was a nice touch. The staff are friendly and very kind.
Disliked: I didn’t really mind but the stair carpet does need to be replaced as it spoils the overall impression of a nice homely hotel.
