Liked: everything was super nice, rooms spacious and comfortable and clean, area nice etc, restaurant pleasant, and breakfast ok.
Disliked: only negative comment is that you have to pay for parking. I think for a hotel that is very surprising.

Great Hotel, handy for trains...

Liked: Hotel is on main pedestrian area about halfway between train station & ferry terminal. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Hotel is handy for local shops & eateries. Excellent breakfast for great selection of hot & cold options.
Disliked: My only slight quibble was room & en-suite were quite small, not a lot of space to move around.

Not impressed, but I guess...

Liked: The location is nice, the restaurant/bar was cozy and the breakfast buffet was good.The staff was pleasant to talk to, but it seemed some lacked the information needed to provide good service.
Disliked: We got a room next to the staircase, so all traffic was quite noticeable in that room. With the window open smoke came in the window from people smoking outside. A nice thing to be able to get some fresh air with 4 people in a 20m2 room.Our children got woken up several times during the night from people being loud when they arrived to the hotel (again, room was right next to the entrance/staircase). Taxi drivers and costumers alike were noisy. Not the hotels' fault, but still a disadvantage with the room we got.The hotel had a fire alarm test without warning in the morning, loud enough that we weren't able to stay in the room during the test. I understand it's necessary and we're just unlucky with the timing, but a heads up would have been nice. Especially with small children that find such events a little scary.The extra bed (sleeping couch) wasn't made ready when we came, the nice guy in the reception tried his best to fix it for us, but we eventually said we'd do it ourselves. The couch had some questionable large stains on it and due to the design of the couch approximately 20% of the sleeping area when folded out is literally wood with a stabled piece of cloth on it and there's a minor gap you'll definitely feel all night. Never seen such an uncomfortable design before. And this was in a 'deluxe' family room.We asked for a crib for the smallest child but was asked to pay 150DKK for one night. First hotel I've experienced that charge. We said no thank you, both by phone and email, but it was still there and we were asked to pay for it. We didn't when we explained the situation tho.Also we had to pay 95DKK to park there for the night, and no charge point available for electric cars.A combination of bad luck, bad room location and bad communication within the staff. I won't claim you shouldn't visit, but I'm probably not coming back.
