Liked: The hotel is very good, the service is also very good, there are no complaints about the hotel, I do not advise anyone to fly to the city of Turin, it is a snake pit, dirty and unpleasant city, never try to fly here, be careful

Liked: The reception manager was friendlyThe location excellent for the stationThe gym and wellness were well equiped
Disliked: We asked for upgraded room but didn't get it despite the hotel not being full even though we had an acknowledgement of the requestOur rooms were very very dated yet looking at other rooms some had been modernisedThe bed was too hard for my liking
