Disliked: We asked for upgraded room but didn't get it despite the hotel not being full even though we had an acknowledgement of the requestOur rooms were very very dated yet looking at other rooms some had been modernisedThe bed was too hard for my liking

Disliked: I didn't get the room that I booked or at least what I saw in the picture when booked.

Good

Liked: The rooms were very spacious as well as the bathrooms. Everything was clean. The hotel allowed us to leave the bags there after check out and came back later to pick them up before leaving to the airport. The breakfast was good and diverse.
Disliked: The beds were not super comfortable and there was a bit of noise from the hall.

Enjoyable

Liked: Walking distance to the station, tourist bus stop just accross the road, shops are a short Walking distance. Staff and breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Wasn't there long enough.

Liked: Good location right next to a metro station and a short walk from most attractions.Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Check in and check out was hectic.The lift/elevator was very slow and felt flimsy.The room was a bit rough around the edges.
