Liked: While I was taking a shower, a hotel staff member suddenly came and demanded to open the door. I repeatedly told them I couldn't open it because I was naked, but they kept insisting. The timing was really bad.

Liked: Great experience, the rooms were large, beds were comfortable, located near to lots of shoppingandrestaurants. . The check-in was smooth and quick, lovely staff.

Liked: Location! Being next to the metro station for the blue and green lines made travel around the city super easy (especially with a multi day transit pass). The staff were also super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The rooms err a bit too much on the minimalist side for me - for example, when I’m in a hotel I like when there is something like a wardrobe to unpack in and make the space feel more like a home away from home. While here there was a clothes rack in the corner and a bench that I could use to lay out my stuff - it was ok, but it would have been nice for the place to have a bit more comfort included into the design. Further, the showers were poorly designed - if I wanted to use any pressure from the shower head above a light drizzle I’d have to deal with the bathroom flooding! Or at least a wet floor under the toilet and sink. The towels were also a bit basic.
