Perfect place for us to...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. We were close to the train station - convenient for our car rental. We were able to walk to many of the places that interested us. There were also many good restaurants nearby, and at the end of the day, our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: We had a problem with our car and the staff helped to try to resolve it by calling around to see if any local places could help us. Hotel is lovely.

Disliked: Nothing to complain about.NOTE: Lyon is a very nice city but parking is expensive, if you can do not use a car, use public transportation.

Liked: the staff was very friendly and helpful! it was a charming place to stay.
Disliked: the location was good (not perfect) and it was a bit pricey but it was a lovely place to stay!

Liked: Room is tasteful, comfortable and just added to the experience of staying in an 1882 hotel. Breakfasts were great - good coffee or tea and very good selection of heathy and delicious options. Staff were polite and friendly
