Good location, clean, but underwhelming...

Liked: Good location, lovely staff at meals, clean room
Disliked: We spent 2 nights in between closing periods (Christmas/after NYE) and services were clearly underwhelming because of small number of guests. Not so nice to see - we still paid the full price so we're expecting nothing less than the norm. Tv said sky - didn't work and nobody really tried to help. Also, it's only sky football so.. hair drier showing cords - dangerous! Also, very hot Aircon inside. Couldn't get it to go below 24c.

Comfortable beds, but location too...

Liked: Beds were big and comfortable.
Disliked: Room didn't have good lighting and only one mirror in the bathroom.Would have liked room service.The location was a bit far out to Mantova town and it wasn't so easy to get a taxi.
