Comfortable beds, but location too...

Liked: Beds were big and comfortable.
Disliked: Room didn't have good lighting and only one mirror in the bathroom.Would have liked room service.The location was a bit far out to Mantova town and it wasn't so easy to get a taxi.

Nice bed and room, ok...

Liked: Great big bed, very comfortable. Room was big. Nice pool. Lovely welcome packages (soaps, shower creme etc). Good location and value for money for visiting Mantua if you have a car.
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok, did not feel like a 4 star breakfast, more like 3 stars. Room service was not great, food was cold when we got it. Pool area felt a bit underused as far as sitting area, would be nice with a pool bar or something.
