This hotel offers the traveller...

Liked: The young staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. The breakfast was excellent - varied continental elements beautifully set out.
Disliked: The building is old, and has an entrance hard to find in the dark. The decor is tired, the lift didn't always work and the facilities in the room and bathroom somewhat lacking. An undefinable smell of age pervades everything.

Superb

Liked: Conveniently located to the center of town and the central train station. Staff was very professional and willing to help when we asked. Room was very quiet despite being located in a busy area.
Disliked: A desk and chair were shoehorned into the room, making it slightly difficult to navigate around the beds.

OK for one night

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Because of the good location, it was noisy at night (surroundedby bars and restaurants). The room was clean, and the bed comfortable, but the space for clothes storage was minimal and the bathroom was tiny. Good for one night. The breakfast was good, but the dining room apparently cannot fit everyone, so you need to say the time you take breakfast.

Beautiful Reims

Liked: Very helpful staff going above and beyond to sort out a problem we had with the room.
Disliked: The mix up with our room took time to sort out and fix. I had requested a bathtub and had got a confirmation that that was ok then when we got there all mixed up. It took time to sort out.
