Convenient loccation in Reims friendly...

Liked: We love the central location of this hotel and the convenient parking opposite the hotel . The reception staff are really friendly . The rooms although small are clean and designed well .
Disliked: Not a great view outside the room . Small double bed

Very good

Liked: The staff is very thoughtful and pleasant. Breakfast has everything you could look for. Rooms are very clean. One piece of advice for drivers: if you park in the underground parking lot across from the hotel, select your daily/2-day fare upon arrival.
Disliked: We stayed in during the weekend and could hear some noise from the bars and pubs around.

Liked: Great location , Comfy bed, good shower room and easy check in.
Disliked: Room was freezing when we checked in and took a few hours to get warm as heating wasn't adjustable to boost heat.

Liked: Location is great! The Christmas market was just about a block away, shopping was very nearby, the cathedral was approx. a 10-15 minute walk and parking was right under the walk platz, the elevator brought us right up by the hotel.
Disliked: The room was very cold, couldn't get the heat to work.

Excellent location and good friendly...

Liked: Excellent location and we would absolutely stay again - the staff were great and the car park is just outside (underground).
Disliked: No mini bar and the coffee wasn't great but otherwise a good stay!

Exceptional

Superb location and spacious room...

Liked: I am giving it 10. There were so many negative reviews I almost did not book it - but it was perfect for us two for two nights! For a Standard Double room we had a very spacious room. They have kept the old french style doors within the renovated room which add a cosy and lovely touch to the room, but also made it more privative as the room had a private closable hallway. Bed is very comfortable. Location at the Place d'Erlon is the center of the city - under 5 mins from the Reims train station and under 5 minutes from a tram stop going to the TGV station. The place is surrounded by bars and restaurants. I recommend Aroma close by for a great culinary experience.
Disliked: For some reason the cleaner came to ask to clean the room in the morning of our check out? I'm sure this could be better coordinated e.g. they are sent after we have checked out.
