Liked: Everything was great except for people who idle their cars in the middle of the night and if you are on the first floor, the fumes fill up the room and that's not pleasant to say the least.
Disliked: I was woken up by the smell of a car exhaust fumes in the middle of the night. Opened the door outside, and saw the black pick up truck idling at the parking spot next to our room. I went to the main desk to report the problem. It was around 2:30 in the morning. I was told that they can't get to this issue right away. I had 2 kids in the room and not much french to deal with the situation. The night sleep was interrupted.

Liked: Great room but tight not very big but enough for both of us. Clean but our shower head was broken so no great showers lol Breakfast could use some more ingredients to my opinions and was very cramped in there as it usually get at prime time. I have to say the staff meet expectation and beyond considering the flow they had to work with to replenish everything. I wonder why hotels dont build in consequences of that. Meaning the hot bar should have a service behind for staff and kitchen to make things easier for the flow and business since space was small.

Exceeded all my expectations

Liked: The staff was incredible. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was big, and was much more than i expected. Breakfast was great and long hours.
Disliked: I do not like soft mattresses and down pillows myself, but that sounds crazy to complain about. That's the only thing.
