Liked: Friendly staff, great breakfast, good location, could open a window for fresh air. Could help ourselves to tea and coffee in the lounge as we wished.
Disliked: Nothing

I would recommend anyway

Liked: We loved the location, right in the city centre with a lot of pubs and restaurants around. Breakfast was amazing, a variety of everything - a vegetarian or meat lover will find something for sure. Almost everyone from the crew was nice and we could leave the luggage whenever we want.
Disliked: We got the room basically in the basement with really small windows. The member of the staff was a little bit unprofessional, while he was checking us in we had to wait until he checks someone to receive our luggage. But it's the syle of living in his country - we all know this. In the room we had a rubbish left by someone else - so I suppose it wasn't cleaned very well.

Great value for the money,...

Liked: Good location, 15 mins tops from Central station, varied tasty breakfast, decent price, clean rooms with all the comfort one might need. Very nice friendly staff as well. We've appreciated a lot the fact that they checked us in earlier, as there were available rooms.
Disliked: No minuses

Liked: Staff and breakfast.
Disliked: Rooms on 1st floor (we were 106) were HORRID! So cold, they had a space heater. The front of the building at street level, so much noise and traffic! Partiers until 2, street sweepers, deliveries, etc… I was unable to sleep at all! Then beds were a box with a two inch topper! Hard as a rock. I specifically asked at check in for a quiet room and was told this room was fine! The window is one solid piece of glass and so cold we left our Cola on the ledge and it was ice cold! 4 stars??!! Not this room- if a negative was possible that is what I would give. Sad, disappointing and over rated!

Weekend trip to Stockholm

Liked: It is really nice and cosy hotel. Very friendly and helpful personnel. breakfast is in nice location and selection is also very good. I enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: Nothing

Great location, not a great...

Liked: Great location!
Disliked: The rooms are sooooooo noisy as they look inwards over the bar and breakfast area! The window wouldn’t close properly which enhanced the noise levels. The room was ever so small for a twin and the drains stank horrendously in our room!

Superb

Clean, basic, well situated hotel...

Liked: Location is great and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The inner courtyard is pleasant.
Disliked: Small rooms. Even our King size superior room was cramped. Details like lamps, wall plugs etc was quite basic, not at all what to expect from a four star facility with allegedly modern standard. Generally a basic hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and...

Liked: The location is very convenient, the city center is within walking distance (10-15 mins). There are a lot of shops and good food in the area. Public transport is nearby. The room was a bit small but comfy, big bed, nice shower. No carpet on the floor, so be sure to take a pair of slippers/warm socks with you. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of meals for breakfast. Moreover, you can have tea/coffee with cookies in the lobby throughout the day.We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the place.
