Excellent!

Liked: The best breakfast in Sundsvall. Staffs were friendly and much helpful. The family room was high ceiling and comfortable for a couple with kid. The bathroom was spacious. Gym was good and clean.
Disliked: I stay in a single room the ceiling was a quite lower than the family room.

One visit was enough

Liked: Practical location, in the city center, easy to reach by car. There is a parking area in front of the hotel.
Disliked: Room was disappointing, odd layout, uncomfortable bed.We had a bad luck to meet a reception person by the name K., who's strong side, perhaps, is to show her hostile attitude and to make guests feel unwelcome. To be fair, other reception personnel, who we met at check-out, are totally opposite to her, i.e. very friendly and cheerful people.

Liked: Excellent breakfast, easy to park in front of hotel, good staff, room is clean every day.
Disliked: there is no waredrobe or drawers in the room, there is no minibar in the room, there is no closed shower in the bathroom to avoid wet the floor.

Perfect for short time stays

Liked: Rooms are clean..it was quite.. satff were nice and helpful
Disliked: Beds were too shaky and lack of available parking spots close by
