Superb

Liked: Girls at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. We book for one night for Opera and it was hard to find a hotel in the walking distance from Arena. This small cosy place at a quiet street is really a find. Also its not a problem to find a parking at the nearby streets, just collect permit for free parking at the reception.

Liked: It was comfortable and clean, great location.
Disliked: We put things in the safe, however it didn’t open after putting the correct code in. It was 10pm, the front desk staff was really helpful but clearly was not instructed by the hotel how to handle situations like this. The management should have provided an instruction book for different situations to their staff. It’s the management to blame, not the on duty staff, he was really helpful and friendly. The second minor thing was the toilet door (sliding) didn’t lock, which was kind of ok. But late at night, somehow it semi locked itself from inside, we couldn’t get in for 5 minutes after trying to shake it and trying to push the lock up through the crack. Both problems solved at the end, just not what you needed after walking around all day.

Liked: Location was great, breakfast was wonderful, but the loft room is dangerous, the low beam across the middle is an item that needs to be corrected, other wise the room was great
Disliked: main issue was with the sloping roof-line the large beam is a danger and health hazard

Brilliant location

Liked: The location was excellent, not far from Piazza Bra, but quiet enough at night. The room was huge, and it was great to have something to sit on other than a basic chair, the sofa was bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, having Alexa in the room was great too. Breakfast was mainly continental and a good selection of pastries, they also offered a few hot items.
Disliked: nothing
