Liked: I liked everything. Location, sauna, various foods, drinks.. You can drink coffee and tea all day and have snacks for free. Staff are all kind and helpful
Disliked: I only wish if pillows were a bit more comfy but it's alright.

Liked: Everything was wonderful! Absolutely respectful staff, amazing location and a fabulous breakfast! And very impressionable was the "all day" tea and coffee service! Filtered coffee and a good multi coffee machine, where you can pick a table and bring your own drink or take from the buffet your hot drink and some light desserts, fruits available all day until midnight almost.
Disliked: *The bathroom ventilation and the bathroom door locker needs attention (room 422).*Being from another country with roaming phone service only, we asked the receptionist to call a local ice skating rink to ask if they rent the equipment for visitors or not but she gave as a phone number and advised us to call them providing the correct phone number format instead. But anyway, me and my family is really really happy!

Liked: Great atmosphere and extremely nice staff. Nice and clean hotel with a great location close to the train station and a fantastic breakfast. I stayed at the hotel already 2x before and I was happy to visit for the 3rd time.Highly recommended.
