Liked: Location was good. Generally very clean. Quite.
Disliked: The lift if your on any floor above 1st. Hair found in the bathroom.

Very pleasant and comfortable stay....

Liked: Spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated throughout the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the en-suite was of a good size and quality and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and could not be faulted.
Disliked: The downside was that there was no bar or restaurant for evening meal although there was a dining area for breakfast in the morning if required. Unfortunately there was quite alot of banging noises from the guests in the room above ours which went on till the early hours however we addressed this with the reception staff on checkout and they were most apologetic and suggested that we should have called reception to inform them and they would have been happy to try to address the issue.Although this was an inconvenience for us it in no way reflected on the hotel itself.

Liked: Good quality linen. Plenty of top brand tea and coffee. Bathroom spotless and marble. Shower works well and easy to use. Breakfast was of the highest order. Full English cereals and juice. Again top quality ingredients.Whole place safe and secure.
Disliked: All good.

Lovely hotel. Great location

Liked: The location is great. 5 mins walk from the centre. The room was lovely and clean with good facilities in it. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The pillows were a little too soft. I had to put one of the firm cushions underneath to make the pillow a bit more firm.

Liked: The property and my room were really clean and very close to the railway station. The staff are really friendly, caring and helpful.
Disliked: There was no slipper and no bathrobe in my room. The lift was not working. This is not what you would expect from a 4 stars hotel.
