Liked: Helpful staff. Nice rooms, hot tub, and pool. Good breakfast and shuttle service. It was everything we were looking for.

Restroom door showed it's age but the good full breakfast and pool area more than made up for that.

Liked: Nice, clean room; staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Lisa.

Liked: The Best Western Hotel chain is the best and I will not use any other given a preference. Always clean and comfortable with a wonderful breakfast, unlike some who advertise but don't measure up. Friendly courteous staff, a well run business that should be first choice when staying away from home.

Liked: Room was clean, beds comfortable.
Disliked: Says pet friendly, but they are not, unless it's a service animal. AC was not working properly (possibly user error), no vent in bathroom - way too warm, towels do not dry you off - weird material. Was charged $143 + $25 when it should have been $94 (taxes included). The extra $25 was for the dog - and should be no charge for a service dog.My receipt shows $118.00. My bank shows they charged the $143 + $25. The receipt also shows an additional $50, but unclear what for. Hoping it is a refundable $50 deposit...?If this is resolved, I will update my review.

A conveninet location with helpful...

Liked: The room was well furnished and comfortable. We had a king suite for 3 adults and the extra bathroom was great for privacy and ease. The kitchenette was spotless and appliances clean and in good working order. Bed was super comfy.It was obvious that upgrades were happening due to the change of ownership but the work did not interfere with guest comfort. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.
Disliked: The towels were obviously brand new and had not been pre-washed before putting in the rooms so they left lint on us after our showers. Breakfast was a bit monotonous but it was adequate and tasty.

Disliked: The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I found used soap in the shower and something dark stained on the inside of a lamp shade. House keeping did not come in to replace towels or clean after first day/before second day stay. Tv selection was very boring, no streaming.

Disappointing!

Liked: The wifi was t working. Our television wasn't working on stuck in certain channels. We notified the front desk. The hotel employee tried saying because it was on a cable channel. We let him know that some channels weren't stuck on cable. He started walking away saying ok. I said "sir, it's not working ". He said ok and walked away. He totally dismissed a problem that was not handled!!!
Disliked: He didn't help us. We wanted to watch TV. It came with services and we didn't get that!!
