Liked: Front desk staff was pleasant.
Disliked: This room cost $120.00 a night and absolutely was not worth it! Although the front desk staff was pleasant, she told us the wrong room number, and obviously, the key cards would not work. We went back to the office not realizing she gave us the wrong room number and got the key cards rekeyed....again they didn't work after I tried opening someone else's door 8 times!!! Not until I looked at the number she wrote down did we realize she'd said one number off. There were flies in the room, stuff all over the office chair, the overall room was run down . Pillows are very tiny and there's huge gaps around the door allowing cold air and light through...and probably the flies.

COLD!

Liked: It's an attractive place. It felt very safe and secure. The mattress was comfortable. The staff people were pleasant and quickly honored my request for another blanket.
Disliked: It was COLD. The door is smaller than the doorframe and there is a quarter inch gap at the bottom and one almost that big along the side. For part of the night the wind blew in so fully that it was as cold as sleeping in a tent. I left the heater running on high all night, which is wasteful, and unpleasant because the heater is noisy—but necessary because it was so darn cold. When the wind went down or shifted the room then became too warm. They really need to get some insulation around that thing!!! The breakfast offerings were mediocre, too, but that's common.

Disliked: The TV was hard to figure out at first. However a staff person came and helped us.

Liked: I liked the breakfast in the morning. It helped get me started with my day. The room was spacious and clean. This was the 2nd time I have stayed at the location while visiting Medford. I will stay there again.
