COLD!

Liked: It's an attractive place. It felt very safe and secure. The mattress was comfortable. The staff people were pleasant and quickly honored my request for another blanket.
Disliked: It was COLD. The door is smaller than the doorframe and there is a quarter inch gap at the bottom and one almost that big along the side. For part of the night the wind blew in so fully that it was as cold as sleeping in a tent. I left the heater running on high all night, which is wasteful, and unpleasant because the heater is noisy—but necessary because it was so darn cold. When the wind went down or shifted the room then became too warm. They really need to get some insulation around that thing!!! The breakfast offerings were mediocre, too, but that's common.

Liked: I liked the breakfast in the morning. It helped get me started with my day. The room was spacious and clean. This was the 2nd time I have stayed at the location while visiting Medford. I will stay there again.

Liked: The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is perfect being close to lots of shopping and great restaurants. Last year I had to spend a month there while a family member was being treated at the Rogue Valley Medical Center. I felt safe being there alone and the staff helped me know the area.
Disliked: Nothing
