Liked: Very nice new clean rooms!! Management is exceptional. Employees are more than helpful! The breakfast is amazing!! Not one bad thing about this stay!! Will be returning for sure!

Liked: It was close to family. I was charged twice and would like it resolved. Paid through booking.com before my stay, then again with Best Western when checking in. The mattress was not comfortable. The pillows were terrible, thank goodness I brought mine
