Exceptional

Liked: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, biscuits fruit, cereal and waffles. I would happily use this hotel again.

Great location, excellent service, clean,...

Liked: Pretty decent breakfast! Beds were good, and the staff were very friendly. EV charging was a breeze, and free!
Disliked: One of the ice machines was not working, and the WiFi was not working during our stay. Not a huge issue, just a small inconvenience.

Liked: The Desk Clerk did everything he could to correct a bad situation.
Disliked: We booked a King Suite ahead of time. When we arrived there was only one available. Although we placed a special request for a ground floor when booking our reservation, we ended up on the third floor. Upon entering our room we found it to be filthy in the Bathroom and Bedroom.The Desk Clerk transferred us to a Room with Queen beds. He did help us transfer our belongings. He was very nice.
