Liked: Our room was not clean they had to move us to a different room

We have stayed there before...

Liked: breakfast is good, old facility but room was good and the location is convenient.
Disliked: I called the facility for reservation but found I could save $50/night by using Booking. Thank you, Booking.

Its not bad.

Liked: Room was good, bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. Linens were fresh and beds were comfortable. Disappointed in the state of the hot tub and pool wasn't as warm as we were led to believe.

Friendly staff and convenient location

Liked: The breakfast was good. The kids loved the pool. Walking distance to downtown coos bay. Room service did a great job keeping up with a family of 6. Our room had a kitchen which we didn’t expect and was awesome to have for food prep and cooking.
Disliked: The hotel is between the two main streets up and down town so you could hear some big truck traffic since we had an end room but we didn’t mind it. Wasn’t bad at all. Would stay again.

Disliked: Some staff seemed unfriendly, but all were very respectful.

Disliked: Pool was cold, jets didn’t work properly on the hot tub, spring mattress was uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well, room smelled a little musty
