Liked: Mr John gave us an excellent service!

Wasn't in the room much....

Liked: Remodeling was nice and breakfast was great.
Disliked: Sink was plugged when we arrived but they fixed it quickly the next morning after I notified them.

Liked: Everything. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The doors lock at night making you feel safe. And they even have security patrolling the grounds.

Liked: Close proximity to the Convention Center we were at this weekend. And John was fabulous at the front desk.

Wouldnt stay here again

Liked: It was close to the convention center
Disliked: It was filthy. About 20 black hairs in the beds. Smelled strong of cleaner making our eyes burn. Stuff all over floors. Door leaked cold air. Noisy from outside. Heater made a awful noise. Water came out brown for the first 4 minutes. Breakfast in a little space and very limited.
