Great big room, very welcoming...

Liked: The rooms have been done to a very good standard

Nice Hotel and facilities but...

Liked: Location , facilities gym and swimming pool area .
Disliked: The breakfast first day was great . Second day weekend buffet was a disaster . 9.30 booking so an hour left , no fried eggs ,scrambled eggs , hash browns , beans waited 20 minutes to be provided then no plates .

Liked: It was a shame the jacuzzi wasn't working heard it haven't been in working order for over 3 months .Whilst having a drink in the bar noticed the barman had a lot of running about to do so sometimes you was waiting over five minutes to be served whilst there no one behind the bar to serve.But overall had a really pleasant stay and will book again in the future.

Room was great will come...

Liked: Room was great and staff were brilliant
Disliked: Jacuzzi and steam room were not working and kids running up and down corridor between 9 and 10.30 pm

Liked: Room was lovely, breakfast was good, staff were pleasant.
Disliked: There wasn't a standalone shower - just one that attached to the bath taps.

Best western

Liked: The pool was lovely and peaceful and staff were very attentive
Disliked: Small menu choices, breakfast stuff wasn't topped up but it was close to last time slot
