Liked: The rooms were nice
Disliked: When I called about the pool they didn’t tell me the pool heater was broken so when I checked and me and my son went to the pool it was freezing cold. I paid a good price for location of the hotel and it having it pool to take my son swimming. I felt I was lied to so I had no choice but to stay there after checking in. Had I known the pool was broken I wouldn’t have went to a different hotel

Liked: Room was nicely updated and the staff were nice. Breakfast had a nice variety. They gave a discount coupon for the Dennys next door
Disliked: Floor tile grout needed cleaning in the restroom. Hotel is a bit of a ways out of town area smells a bit like pot due to the CBD manufacturer across the street

Liked: Breakfast was laid out nicely. Pancake machine was a hit. Pool was very relaxing, just wish there was a spa. The doors locked from the outside entrance. Great add on.
Disliked: How they charged my card twice.

Liked: Convenient, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: We opened the pull out bed, and a bunch of pills fell out. It was very scary because my 9 month old was crawling around. Talked to the front desk didn't not feel like it was taken seriously. I paid almost 200 for a room we had to clean.
