Overall very friendly and competent...
Liked: Very easy to find, access and reach your room.
Disliked: The room was not well ventilated and there was peeling paint and mold on the bathroom roof - simple to repair by not taken care of

Not comfortable.
Liked: The price.
Disliked: The room was very noisy from water pipes and outside noise. The bed was not comfortable. The shower pressure was no good. The hair dryer didn’t work unless you held the button down.

Disliked: Evacuated from FL. Grateful there was a room that had enough beds for my family of 6 but was u happy with the fact it advertised breakfast included when it wasn't. There's a restaurant attached. The gentleman at the front desk said they were willing to reimburse us $40 but again we're a family of 6 and it was for 2 nights. We relied on family for funding to help us out of FL. So the false advertisement lead to more expense we did plan for.
