Liked: Location good, near town centre. I chose this hotel because it had a car park. The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was cramped and small. The decor was drab and dreary

It was a lovely central...

Liked: All the staff were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.
Disliked: Unfortunately my allocated room was not as it should have been but a quick call to Reception rectified that with an upgrade and staff assistance to move rooms.
