Liked: The family suite was spacious, and the kids liked having a poolside room. Breakfast was good (aside from the coffee) and had quite a variety.
Disliked: The hotel is old and the rooms reflect it. The carpets were stained and worn, so even thought it seemed clean it was hard to truly tell. There was visible water damage and rust in the bathroom. The hallways all along the poolside area had either pool chemical or water stains throughout. They have a machine that dispenses regular coffee, decaf coffee or hot water from the same spout, but it must not be set up correctly because the coffee was 80% water. Even for people who like weaker coffee this would have been atrocious. The juice machine was also very watered down. As they are 2 separate machines it is more convincing that it was intentional.

Liked: Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: Every time the heat clicked on the room filled with the smell of cigarettes despite all the rooms being no smoking. Got so bad I had to finally just turn off the heat. The walls are very thin and you could hear people talking rather clearly. The breakfast was not appetizing at all. Juice and coffee were good.
