Liked: Nothing, did not get room I paid for, extra charges for parking and early check in were added but not stated at time of booking!
Disliked: Not as expected, older hotel, hotel and rooms need serious updating, purchased a balcony and was told the ad was listed wrong, charges for parking (even handicap)and early checkin not stated when booking, finally removed those charges, but nothing for no balcony room. Hotel was on a very busy noisy street, check in counter had ants crawling all over it, parking structure was underneath building with very tight parking, no grounds for walking around, not what I expected from BW.
