Liked: It was in a good location. Lots of stores and restaurants. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bathroom and room wasn’t so clean and I guess they forgot to put extra toilet paper.

Disliked: Property does not accept virtual card payments like Affirm. I tried explaining the convenience of virtual pay which is the same as having a credit or debit card, it is accepted at all hotels and motels . I have used it before at other hotels including Best Western . I feel the front desk just didn’t know how to do the transaction. He was getting frustrated and refused to listen All he had to do was enter the Virtual Credit Card number manually.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The tv did not work properly. Even after I reported it at check in, there was no offer to move me to another guest room. The desk clerk came up to the room and tried to fix it, but after he left it went out again. I was only there for one night and just decided to live with it.As a former hotel GM, I would have moved the guest and I would have done a call back to ensure the issue was resolved. Neither happened.

The hotel needs work.

Disliked: The 1st room had a terrible smell. The clock did not work. The ac Unit was rusted around the bottom. The bathroom fan switch was malfunctioning.
