Disliked: No hot water, no water pressure. The hotel looks a lot better in the pictures online than the actual hotel. Was supposed to get two queen beds, they gave us to full instead.

Disliked: Loud heating unit, needs nee mattress, horrible breakfast .. had go out for breakfast most mornings

Disliked: I had no heat in my room told the night staff and he came cut it on again then it went out. When I told the day time staff he told me he wasn’t aware of me, not having heat. No communication

They should condemn this site....

Liked: Proximity to pool next door
Disliked: Elevator broke. Stairs weren’t lit at night. Breakfast was cold. In room fridge was broken.

Comfortable

Liked: Convenient to festivity location
Disliked: The TV remote did not seem to work, but that was ok as we were tired and went to sleep
