Fast and courteous. Very happy.

Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: Clean and comfortable - good breakfast- staff super friendly and helpful
Disliked: No tv listings and the remote was hard to use - no instructions

Pleasant

Liked: I liked the staff. They were very nice.
Disliked: Was supposed to have a king bed, but got a queen with a king sized headboard. Slept good though.

Disliked: My room was to close to main door and elevator was to noisy to really get a good night sleep .

Liked: Love, the fact that there is breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly room was very clean.
Disliked: The pool was not clean when we arrive. My girls wanted to go swimming, but there was poop in the pool and then we went to go the pool in the morning. It was so kind of gross. It looks like it wasn’t cleaned unfortunately

Liked: I changed my reservation to a room with 2 queen beds but upon arrival this change was never made and the hotel was completely booked.It was disapointing

Very nice for a one...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable and I loved the large tv as well as the very nice shower.
Disliked: The only problem I have is there was no usb ports for charging my phone. Many places I’ve stayed they had both the regular plugs in the base of the lamp and usb. I only use a usb to charge my phone.
