Liked: I like the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The pool was warm and we enjoyed it.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was when we were in check in the staff was not friendly at all.

Disliked: The receptionist at the time of my intake was very dismissive. When I arrived, she did not acknowledge me, nor looked away from her computer. After a few minutes, without even looking away from her computer she asked me my information and then told me I did not have a reservation multiple times before figuring it out. When I asked a simple question about the amenities, she referred me to a piece of paper. Overall the stay was great but my first impression with the receptionist could have been better.
