Not sure I will return...

Liked: The property was more than expected for the value. Breakfast was good and the evening desk staff was very friendly and helpful. If not for the morning desk staff, there is no question I would stay at this property again.
Disliked: I originally was booked for one night via internet. Due to extended work, I needed to book an additional night via internet. Keep in mind I booked both stays via internet on Best Western website. The first morning I checked out, the front desk staff was friendly and printed my receipt as requested. On checking out the second morning the same front desk morning staff told me they couldn't print me a receipt as I booked via internet. The strange thing is it was the same staff that willingly printed me a receipt the day before. Bottom line, when I reminded them of the previous morning, I received the same response. I told them that was the most ridiculous response I had ever heard and walked out. As I was leaving, they told me they would print a receipt, at which time I told them to forget it. Too bad your staff left a bad taste as the property is a good value.

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Good selection, but sub par biscuits and gravy. Orange juice was weak.

Disliked: Smelled like smoke everywhere

The hotel is quiet but...

Liked: The location is okay, it’s close to the casino, which is why we chose the hotel. Everything worked in the room that should have worked and the beds were better than some, but the pillows might have well been pancakes. The staff was very friendly which was a plus.
Disliked: There is no elevator, which makes you have to drag your heavy suitcases/bags up stairs. The beds were clean, but the carpet was sticky and there were hairs (of the short variety) all over the in room chair. The entire hotel upstairs smelled of marijuana. Not everyone likes that smell. We did not stay to have breakfast. After the room being as dirty as it was, we were not going to chance it.

I loved the location and...

Liked: I loved the easy check-in. The room was clean. The neighborhood was quiet.
Disliked: The breakfast hours needed to be extended to 10am.
