Liked: Located close to the Premium Outlet and restaurants. Nice pool.
Disliked: The property is dated, needs some updates.

Ok will not be back

Liked: It’s nice it has a pool, but kids were allowed to stay in there till closing, leaving no chance of relaxation. The pool closes at 10 pm kids should be allowed until 7pm so they guests that would like to swim, would not be disturbed by splashing and screaming of children.
Disliked: There was the night manager, which was awesome. The daytime manager was rude grumpy.

Liked: Showing age but the rooms were kept very clean.
Disliked: The halls and facility was dated but nothing serious. ONE BIG ISSUE I JUST FIUND OUT IS THAT I HAVE BEEN BILLED FIR MY ROOM ON MY VISA CARD BY BEZT WESTERN EVEN THIUGH I PAID THROUGH BOOKING.com. Need this fixed.

Disliked: No evaluator which wasn’t mentioned on site. Travelling with elders and stairs made it tricky.Family if 3 and not enough towels for each of us to shower. Buffet for breakfast was terrible & lacking (watered down juice, sausages horrible, cold eggs..)

Do not recommend

Liked: Close to outlet mall and local family in Grove City
Disliked: Black mold in bathroom, toilet rocked when you sat on it, stiff hard beds, you had to hang a sign requesting room to be cleaned daily and even then it was never cleaned - when I brought it up I was told I had to request it at front desk, hot tub was broken “down due to electrical issues”
