I don’t think overall it...
Liked: The location was convenient for the purpose of my trip. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff were not very friendly and competent. I’ve stayed in this hotel several times in the past year and it’s apparent that there has been a change in management and staff that are not as courteous, friendly, and competent as in the past.

It's not Best Western, it...
Liked: The waffle in the morning is the only thing you can eat
Disliked: The hotel lobby is dirty, the carpet is filthy and stained everywhere. The first room was so bad that we asked to change it. The second room was just barely acceptable. The heating is so noisy that you have to choose whether you prefer the heated room or it is better to sleep. Blankets, towels, and pillows are old and of very poor quality.
