Disliked: The bed was roo hard.

Liked: location, breakfast clean
Disliked: I called several times to inquire about parking and never got a response or reply back. didn't appreciate learning about parking when I arrived and how little help the staff were.

Liked: Breakfast room and food all ok
Disliked: One miserable member of staff. Room a little smaller than expected and beds slightly uncomfortable.

Liked: Reasonably comfortable and quiet. The bed was fine.
Disliked: The shower handle was loose, but still worked. The breakfast was OK, but could have been better. The milk ran out and it was hard to find someone to refill it. There was no real half-and-half, only the fake kind. The eggs were marginal.

A property with potential

Liked: The location is great. It is a short walk from the subway, close to a wide variety of restaurants and stores.
Disliked: There was a musty scent in the room, the carpet in the hallway was not clean and the breakfast did not appear palatable so I ate breakfast in a cafe not far from the hotel. Also you needed to pay to use the room safe which is normally complimentary in hotels.

Exceptional

Overall a decent stay.

Disliked: Twice our room was not tidied up - we had to remind everyday we left to please tidy
