Location, Location, Location... and nothing...

Liked: The location is the best part of this hotel. It is right across from the subway station on 86th st, and there are restaurants and bodegas nearby making everything accessible.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the location is my only favorite part of the hotel. It's one of the only places to stay in Bay Ridge at all but on this trip, the shower was backing up and not draining during our showers which felt really icky. When I called, no one was available to come and do anything about it (8PM on a Sunday... fair). The turn down service barely attempted to even flip up the comforter on the beds to make the beds look decent, and I didn't feel like the room had a full deep clean in a while. "Light touch" services won't do it for an outdated space. Will I stay again?... with enough time, the location may be enough to bring me back, but it definitely wasn't what it was in our past visits and if other options come up, I really may not feel inclined to spend my money there.

Disliked: everyrting. staff was very bad.front desk people were full of attitude. only jeny was supportive.they have many issues in the door locks which always when we had to open the door we need to inform the reception.
