Liked: The ease of getting in my room and getting settled.
Disliked: Very noisy! Other residents were sitting in their vehicles right outside my room window when I got there and through the evening. Then again around 6am the next day. There were young people running around the building, in and outside, unsupervised and making noise all night long. Very noisy, especially the loud music right outside my window. I doubt I will ever stay there again.

Disliked: When i made my reservation through booking.com there was no mention of the breakfast buffett costing $5. It was free the last time i stayed. Also, we ate at mugleys for supper fri night and was not satisfied. The baked potato tasted awful. Like it had garlic butter on it. The cod fish was not cooked in middle

Not what I expected

Liked: Ok first I book the hotel I think back in December for a show in March... it was not the room I thought. My original thought was I booked room with a spa bathtub...it was a stand up shower...also we thought the pool had a hot tub, which it did but it was under construction which we did not know nor did they tell us when we got there. The hotel is pink...and rather big. It is really nice and fancy otherwise it had different types of rooms. It made me think it was perfect for like a wedding where you had to fly a big family in from somewhere and they could all stay in the hotel. I would go back if the price was right and the hot tub was working. Also I thought I was getting breakfast cause I booked through Booking and they made me pay for breakfast...and it was just the continental breakfast you get free anyway..

Liked: I always stay here when I come home to visit. It's a nice location and very close to my family and clean! I will say a lot has changed over time, but it will not stop us from coming.....you have to pay for breakfast now per night, and you have to have wrist bands now when you go to the pool, but you know what, hopefully it will stop people from bringing extra people who shouldn't be there if they're not paying and keep out the rift raft and all the drama that shouldn't be there...it is a really nice hotel and has been there since I was a kid, I've given my kids bday parties there...so they have to protect there investments and I totally get it. Other than that, I will always be a valid customer here. The changes won't run me and my family away! Til next time!!!!

Disliked: We did not enjoy the buffet breakfast that was an extra cost of five dollars per person. The bed was very firm.
