Liked: Location. Nice, basic room - first floor.

Other than check in, everything...

Liked: The check in process was hectic. Rooms weren’t ready and the front desk staff was stressed out.

Convenient for GV

Liked: Convenient and easy check in process.Great Breakfast!
Disliked: Old squeaky bed, tiny flat pillows & tired a/c unit

Should have done more than...

Liked: The breakfast was a great value, which is one of the reasons for returning to BW. The location was also an advantage for meeting local family members.
Disliked: The television was out of commission for all guests due to a satilite/cable issue. Understandably it was out of the hotels control. But no effort was made to reimburse, comp, or reduce the room rate. You can be sure you've lost customers! Next year - Comfort Inn.

Exceptional

Liked: This was the second trip that we have stayed here and both times everything was comfortable and the location was convenient for our trip.

Mediocre facility that has a...

Liked: Breakfast and staff there were best part of the stay. Bar was fun, bartender was on the ball.
Disliked: Stains on sheets. No TV for 3 days. Dish was down and no clue on when it was going to be operational. Rugs in hallways old and warn. Floors squeaky. Place needs to be updated.

Best place in town
