Superb

Liked: Staff and housekeeping very nice, good restaurant and good breakfast (better than some).
Disliked: Toilets slower than normal flush. Had to change rooms from original b/c toilet not flushing and water coming up like it was clogged ..needed a plunger but changed room next day. That was fine just slower.

Poor conditions inside the property...

Liked: Pipes noise. The hotel needs repairs and more staff for housekeeping. It needs renovation in the inside. Poor cleanliness of the room it is one of the few hotels in the area and it gives people basically no options. With the price we paid I have stayed in way much better hotels with clean room, rugs and bathroom doing housekeeping every day. I give this place 3 rating
Disliked: Repairs - I could not sleep one night because every time someone in another room will use the bathroom the pipe trembled in our room. I had to ask for change of room to rest during the night.

Liked: Good location close to I-19 and great hiking areas like Madera Canyon. Restaurants close by as well. Excellent made to order breakfast.
Disliked: Ice machine was broken
