Liked: - large room- great location with nice restaurants and shops- quiet- comfortable bed
Disliked: - simple breakfast took almost an hour- bit outdated and rundown, especially the carpet

Disliked: We arrived at the hotel , and there was no desk person ! A note said they were helping a customer and would be back in a few minutes ! We were tired and just wanted to check in ! 20 minutes later , the desk person arrived . Then we had to wait for him to get the computer running ! We went to the restaurant in the lobby! To be served our food on paper plates and plastic utensils! Not a good experience !

Best place in Green Valley!

Liked: We've stayed here many times over about 30 years! It's our go-to in Green Valley. Comfortable, well located (with a GREAT Italian restaurant just steps away. And the breakfast is good.
Disliked: Hall carpets could use a major shampoo. Or renewal.

Liked: Room was quiet and we could have a good night of sleep. Location is great.
Disliked: The room smelled bad. The gym could be much better.

Liked: Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Facilities are super outdated and in need of a makeover. They need better cleaning standards and/or better housekeepers. There were mold all over the bathtub, and bathroom in general needed a good scrubbing. My husband thought the towels smelled musty, but I thought they were ok. Not very soft, however.

Hotel needs a complete overhaul....

Liked: convenient location. Large room, two beds with extra pillows. Plenty of towels for two nights. Way more than we needed.
Disliked: TV did not work so had to have someone come "plug" it in correctly. Sink did not drain so we got underneath and fixed the problem, toilet water did not shut off so had to jiggle the handle and verify it was off, the water selection in the tub was stuck halfway for shower or tub so water from shower was greatly reduced, restaurant for lunch was way overpriced for a small pulled pork bun on a paper plate with plastic utensils, and breakfast was from a food truck with cold eggs and toast. We found out late in the afternoon that we were supposed to ask for the room to be made up. We just asked for 2 coffee packets and some tissues. Very disappointing since your hotel had been recommended to us.

Liked: The bed was comfy and clean.
Disliked: Kitchen was under renovations so dinner was cooked outside in vendor food cart, had dinner served on paper plates and plastic utensils. We did not eat the free breakfast they offered. Microwave made loud clunking noise.The bathroom door was warped and you had to shove the door shut. Bathroom outdated with only a very old hair dryer available. Shampoo, conditioner and bar soap samples were minuscule and of poor quality. We didn't even attempt to use shower as it also was old and worn looking. The carpets were old, dark and I am suspecting dirty, I did not take my shoes off until time to get into bed. Wood floors creaked in room as well as in the restaurant.
