I would definitely stay at this hotel again, it met all our needs. I really liked the fact I was able to park right outside of my room.

Liked: Very clean; check in was great - the young lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our TV due to the storms - our direct TV was knocked off line and the manager came as soon as we called to get it back on line.
Disliked: The coffee maker in our room didn't work, it leaked all over the tray, but we were able to get fresh coffee in the lobby.

Room was clean.

Liked: Location. Liked that each room had it's own door.
Disliked: There was a smell in the room. Possibly used to be a smoking room.

Enjoyed the stay and very convenient to the Yum Center.

Liked: Rooms were great.
Disliked: Would not check us in at 3. We had to wait until 3:45. Was told earlier check in time was 4.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and breakfast was decent. It would have been nice to a few different options for breakfast. The staff were nice and accommodating. Overall, it was a good stay.
Disliked: The parking lot was horrible due to the ice and snow. It was somewhat difficult to step over the ice to get to the clean sidewalks. They were also renovating rooms, and the noise was bothersome. They needed better heat in the lobby. The breakfast area was freezing due to the doors consistently opening.

Liked: Quiet and clean. Easy parking right outside our room. Friendly staff. Great restaurant within walking distance.
Disliked: No complaints to speak of
