We were their for a concert. The hotel manager called us early to tell us our room was ready. The rooms were clean and linens were fresh.
Liked: Hotel manager, Octavio, was very professional and treated us like we were the only guests in the building!
Disliked: Elevators are a little small and narrow, but they worked every time!

Liked: Close to a lot.
Disliked: When its advertised as a lakeview or city view room and you request a lakeview room as well as calling the day before and double requesting and they say yes and you get a side view - it's false advertising.
