Liked: Good hotel with excellent location. However, our room was aged and needed renovation. The furniture was very simple and charmless, contrasting with the lobby and stairs. Attentive staff, especially Camille, always available for restaurant, shopping and tour recommendations.
Disliked: Comparatively to nearby cafes, breakfast at the hotel was expensive.

Liked: We had a large room and had requested a shower and the bathroom had a large walk in shower and a separate toilet which is always nice .The staff were very friendly and the room while a little dated in decor had lots of storage .The rooms were kept very clean .

Liked: Very handy location. Easy to have a look around Bordeaux. The staff were lovely.
Disliked: Our room was incredibly small, especially considering what we paid for it! I would have appreciated better facilities, tea bags, milk, fridge etc. Breakfast was good, but also expensive.
