Liked: The room was Great, quiet and very clean and the staff and employees were very friendly and helpful also breakfast was very Good and they have an onsite lounge it's name is Rodeo Lounge.
Disliked: Nothing bad to say about this place.

Bad

Disliked: Didn’t stay here they gave my room away without calling they try my card before I even got there I called and was told I could pay in cash luckily found another hotel but could of been stranded

Decent stay; price high because...

Liked: Breakfast was ok with a number of options: eggs/meat, cereal, waffles, etc.
Disliked: Decor very outmoded.

Superb

Liked: The location was excellent for the event we were attending at the Gold Canyon Resort.Breakfast had a nice variety to include healthy choices.
Disliked: We did not get the room I reserved, bed and sleeper sofa. The price difference was only $5 for no suite, only 1 bed.

Liked: The lication
Disliked: It was very noisy. We could hear the people in the room next door as if they were in our room starting at 5am. The room had a door for an adjacent room.

It worked for one night.

Liked: The proximity to the renaissance festival.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and hard BUT no bed bugs so that’s always a plus. The older gentleman that checked us in was a little off putting. A housekeeper came to ask him questions and she asked him the questions in English and he told her to speak to the other front desk lady since she knows Spanish since he couldn’t understand her. I understood her just fine. He also thought our 1yo daughter wouldn’t eat the complimentary breakfast but she’s been eating solids for a long time. I wouldn’t say he was rude but very off putting.
