Liked: Very clean, friendly staff who gave good recommendation for dinner . Take away cold breakfast exceeded our expectations - very good since we left early in the morning for a flight out of Halifax

The BEST Best Western

Liked: This is by far the best hotel in Truro!! My son and I have stayed in most of them and I'm kicking myself that I didn't stay here first! The staff was super helpful. I had messed up my booking and he was very prompt to resolve the issue. The pool is a very comfortable temperature and the hot tub whirlpool is hot and both very clean!
Disliked: Really there wasn't anything at all.

Worst Hotel Experience ever.

Liked: I didn't like anything. It was the worst hotel experience of my life.
Disliked: I paid $150 to sleep in the room for 6 hours because they wouldn't let me check out later. when I arrived to my room 104, it was a mess and freezing cold. There were no towels or complimentary soaps for showering. The TV didn't work and the wifi didn't connect. I'm traveling for the military and they didn't give me a military discount. I will never stay at Best Western locations again.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Facility was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and ready to help in any way. My room was very , quiet andmet all my needs.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of. The staff did everything they could do to make my stay great.

Great location and good value

Liked: Great location. 10 minute walk to Scotia Bank arena. Room was very clean and nicely set up
Disliked: Bed was a little hard for me
