Liked: I wasn’t told about breakfast, I only saw coffee when I checked out
Disliked: I paid 257$ to have a hot tub suite. The room and the tub and bathroom were all very clean and excellent. But the bed was so uncomfortable and it wasn’t just me. My friend and I were tossing and turning all night that was the hardest bed in a hotel that I have ever slept on in room 224. I hope you compensate me in some way because that was a lot of money to not be able to sleep all night.

Liked: Breakfast was fine but more tables needed. Suggest adding temporary overflow tables in lobby when needed.
Disliked: I travel with numerous chargers for my phones and other electronic devices. None of the electrical receptacles in the room except for one wall socket were functional. All the sockets were worn too loose to make contact with my plug-in chargers. Had to purchase an extension cord in town.
