Was mostly good minus ant...

Liked: Location was good, staff was mostly friendly or tried to bed.
Disliked: In my room there was ants all over my side table I sat my food and drink down not realizing it and walked away to do something came back and my food and drink was ruined by the ants.

Liked: I thought the breakfast was good. The quality of the bagels (everything bagels) were excellent for what you typically get at these breakfasts.

Liked: Very much appreciated staff, arranged for shuttle from airport at a difficult time ( 11:30 pm). Breakfast a definite plus.
Disliked: While my room was clean, a trip to the fitness center had toilet that was not working.

It was generally uneventful.

Liked: Breakfast is better than most with individual omelet bar.
Disliked: Lobby/breakfast coffee bar did not have plain non-flavored creamer or milk for coffee or tea. When queried the front desk merely stated that they were out. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times before and this is not the first time that I have experienced this very same issue. The management team is not paying attention to little issues.
