Disliked: Staff was told to hold on 4 times while I was dressing, instead he decided to unlock my door an open it while I was dressing.

Liked: Didn’t stay for breakfast
Disliked: Noise from nearby interstate was awful. Room was partly renovated but do not understand why things like lamps were not replaced and didn’t all work. Bathroom the same, some of it renovated but not all, like showhead and tub.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Location was easy to access.

Disliked: Customer service was awful, they charged me 3 times and then refused to refund the amounts over charged until we requested to speak to a supervisor. Room was nasty, and had a bad smell, the door didn’t shut all the way, the beds seemed as if they were not changed.
