Shame about the noise from...

Liked: Great location for our trip. Lovely room
Disliked: Very noisy. Friday night. Our room sounded as if it is was right above the event space. The band were great - but didn’t want to hear them through the floor. Not the relaxing evening I was hoping for.

Stunning, would definitely stay again.

Liked: It was absolutely beautiful, the room was amazing
Disliked: I paid for a late check out for some reason the cleaning staff never got told & they walked in my room, unfortunately for me & no doubt them I had no clothes on.

One night stay that met...

Liked: Travelled with our two dogs who were not allowed into restaurant. They were presented with a bowl each with treats in the room though on arrival plus their own towel. They were also allowed into the reception/bar area so for breakfast our table was set up in there & they could join us & not be left in the room. Also wife said it was the best scrambled eggs she has had in any hotel/b&b anywhere & she is fussy!
Disliked: It was raining? Glasgow, what else should I expect. Wasn’t told there was a charge for the dogs at booking. Not mentioned booking online, didn’t see it on the website & wasn’t mentioned on calling the hotel reception.
