Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: It was expensive for a musty cramped room. I normally expect a better amount of value for my money. It was ridiculous. The rooms were tiny and the mattress wasn't good.

Liked: The management and staff are exemplary. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool during the warmer months can’t be beat. And while this is more of a value stay and location, that’s to your advantage because if you pay twice the amount you won’t get this level of comfort. Plus the complementary breakfast is one of the best breakfasts in Santa Rosa. When there was an issue with a smoke alarm battery the wonderful manager comped our last night. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Almost nothing. Floors on some units still have carpet but they appear to be upgrading gradually.

Liked: I booked 2 rooms, for 5 guests with understanding 2 guests get free breakfast per room, even paid extra breakfast for 3rd person in room. We were denied breakfast saying only one person per room get free breakfast ( which is not really free!!)
Disliked: The receptionist on duty morning Oct 14th was rude, disrespectful and denied us breakfast arguing I have to take it up with booking.com insisting one person per room get complimentary breakfast She ruined an experience over $20!!??
