Liked: Pictures are sometimes deceiving but these photos were spot on….
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Selected breakfast included at booking, was told there are extra charges for breakfast!

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: It was expensive for a musty cramped room. I normally expect a better amount of value for my money. It was ridiculous. The rooms were tiny and the mattress wasn't good.

Excellent staff and management make...

Liked: The management and staff are exemplary. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool during the warmer months can’t be beat. And while this is more of a value stay and location, that’s to your advantage because if you pay twice the amount you won’t get this level of comfort. Plus the complementary breakfast is one of the best breakfasts in Santa Rosa. When there was an issue with a smoke alarm battery the wonderful manager comped our last night. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Almost nothing. Floors on some units still have carpet but they appear to be upgrading gradually.
